1. Who we are

This policy explains how LogStack (“Crate Pilot”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through cratepilot.com, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia and, where applicable, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

This notice is provided in English and Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: name, work email, company, optional phone number and the message you write when you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability. If website analytics are enabled, they are cookie-free and aggregate.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and demos, operate and secure the Website, meet legal obligations, and improve our content. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that host the Website and deliver email and messages for us (for example Cloudflare and Google Workspace), under appropriate confidentiality and security terms. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Transfers outside Malaysia

Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside Malaysia. We take reasonable steps so that it remains protected.

6. Cookies

The Website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It may store a language preference in your browser.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing info@cratepilot.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
