Who is Crate Pilot for?
Third-party logistics (3PL) operators in Malaysia and Singapore, including those serving healthcare and general private-company clients.
How do orders get into the system?
Through XML EDI from your principals or manufacturers, or by bulk or single-order import. EDI orders become release orders automatically.
How does the system choose which stock to send?
Automatic assignment supports FIFO (oldest received first), FEFO (earliest expiry first) and rack priority. The rule is configured per consignor.
Can I print release orders and delivery orders?
Yes. Every order has Print Info, Print WRO and Print DO buttons that produce printable documents from the order record.
Can I customise reports?
Yes. Pick the columns, apply filters and export to Excel or PDF.
What does the AI feature do?
It searches your own policies, good handling guidelines, warehouse safety, fire safety and vehicle documents and answers with a reference to the source document. It does not answer from outside your documents.
How is pricing set?
Pricing is customised to your requirements and billed as a monthly subscription. Request a quote and we will respond with a proposal.
Can the system be customised or connected to our other systems?
Yes. We customise workflows, reports and documents to your requirements and support third-party system integration, in addition to XML EDI.
What support do I get?
Customers get priority support and can speak directly with our engineering team on WhatsApp or email.
Which languages are supported?
This website is available in English and Chinese.
